Founder & CEO
Janine received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Her background includes over twenty years of corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial experience in a variety of organizations and with Fortune 500 clients. Janine’s corporate experience includes work as at American Express in the design and delivery of a best-in-class performance management and compensation systems, as well as being a senior consultant with SAP leading the design and implementation of their cloud- based workforce analytic systems. She has successfully partnered with over 100 global clients, including Golden State Foods, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and the Abu Dhabi Government.
In 2010 Janine decided to exercise her entrepreneurial spirit and took over as President and CEO of Coachman Bus Tours, where was successfully able to grow the mid-sized company through account acquisition with colleges, schools and mass transit, in addition to increasing brand awareness through introducing social and digital marketing and increasing company revenue by 50% in her first year. A little less than four years ago, Janine decided to venture into the world of Social Media to share her passion for health and wellness and has amassed over 3 Million followers globally through her social media platforms. Janine shares her life-long journey from professional ballet as a young adult, to competing in bodybuilding championships at the age of 40. The response from all ages has been tremendous. Janine has been nicknamed the “Jump Rope Queen” and has made appearances on television and radio, as well as gracing the cover of many fitness magazines. She is a frequent contributor to many health and wellness publications and continues to inspire and motivate people all over the world to be the best version of themselves possible. Her experience as an influencer working with sponsors of all sizes, led her to co-found JD Media, a cutting edge digital marketing firm that has seen tremendous success within it’s first two year of operation by building cohesive strategies for it’s client’s and focusing on emerging development in the industry to keep up with the ever changing world of paid media. JD Media has developed strong partnership and leading industry ROAS for it’s clients both big and small.

Michael Rys was born in a small town in Poland. He moved to England where he learned English at a young age and when the time came to move to America he already lived three lives in one. That raw and natural education developed his hunger for success and progress. Right out of High School Michael had the opportunity to work at billion dollar corporations and huge brands in the E-Sport industry as a content creator. Although he loves creative work, he knew he could offer more than just pretty pictures and exciting videos.
He realized huge companies waste a lot of money on sub-par digital marketing not paying attention to the ultimate optimization strategies. On the flip side, smaller businesses 9 out of 10 times use their website team or a freelancer to run ads with a very generic approach. As a content creator with the ambition to become more, Michael moved into positions where he had direct access to digital marketing teams, whether they were car dealerships or e-commerce brands, and saw his theory of the cohesive approach generate significant results.
Throughout his journey Michael met Janine and after years of working on her personal brand they combined powers to create JD Media, an agency that focuses on results without fluff and too many big words. He is a big picture thinker that helps clients create cohesive marketing funnels to drive revenue and prides himself on constant self-education so he is always “in the know” when it comes to the fast-paced world of digital marketing and social media.
